3. Platform Services

Vorld provides a gaming platform featuring interactive and reactive games, game packs, subscriptions, and community features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

4. Purchases and Payments

Certain features require payment, including subscriptions, game packs, and in-game content. All prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the platform without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Upload or transmit malicious code
• Engage in fraudulent activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Vorld platform, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Vorld Interactive Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to the platform. By posting content, you grant Vorld a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vorld Interactive Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vorld Interactive Inc., its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
